We are seeking a friendly and professional Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will play a key role in creating a positive experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and organized.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and guests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
