About The Role
We are hiring a Female Call Centre Executive – Agriculture Advisory to join the Agriculture Advisory team in Noida. The role involves connecting with farmers, understanding their queries, and providing appropriate advisory support to help them make better decisions. An agriculture background is not mandatory, as structured training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
‣ Make outbound calls to farmers and handle their queries.
‣ Understand farmer requirements and provide relevant advisory support.
‣ Use the available knowledge base to address queries.
‣ Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
‣ Follow up with farmers whenever required.
‣ Meet assigned calling and performance targets.
‣ Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication.
Eligibility & Skills
‣ 1 to 4 years of experience in BPO, Call Centre, Telecalling, Telesales or Customer Support.
‣ Strong Hindi communication skills.
‣ Basic English communication skills.
‣ Confident and customer-oriented approach.
‣ Good listening and communication abilities.
‣ Comfortable handling calls and customer queries.
‣ Agriculture knowledge is not mandatory; training will be provided.
