Job Summary

The Assembly Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the car assembly line, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The role involves leading a team of female operators, coordinating workflow, and resolving operational issues. Handling Female team members IR issues.

Required Qualifications

.Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering.

.4â€8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, assembly line operations.

.Prior supervisory / team handling experience preferred.

.Good understanding of automotive assembly processes

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

.Supervise day-to-day activities of the car assembly line.

.Ensure production targets (quantity, quality, timelines) are achieved.

.Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks.

.Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Ÿ¥ Team Management

.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of assembly line operators.

.Assign tasks based on skill levels and production needs.

.Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.

.Promote teamwork, discipline, and a safe working culture.

.Take feedback from all team members & solve accordingly.
