Identify prospective artists and guide them to optimize their profiles.
Maintain company database of artists and client records.
Manage artist transactions, budgets, and negotiations for projects.
Arrange and conduct meetings, auditions, workshops, and portfolio shoots.
Liaise with clients, management, and artists to ensure seamless communication.
Monitor artist progress and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and manage artists brands, including merchandising and digital resources.
Schedule tours, shows, and non-musical appearances such as interviews or film roles.
Advise on contracts and negotiate gig agreements.
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and maintaining archives of show materials.
Collaborate with marketing and booking teams for project execution.
