To ensure timely and accurate compliance with FEMA regulations by monitoring and closing all import and export transactions in IDPMS and EDPMS, coordinating with banks, internal teams, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile export shipping bills in EDPMS
- Submission of export documents on bank portal after scrutiny
- Track realization of export proceeds and ensure closure in EDPMS.
- Generate EBRCs on DGFT portal for realised bills.
- Review and close import BOE entries in IDPMS; ensure correct payment mapping.
- Coordinate with logistics, internal teams and banks for corrections/updates in portals.
- Maintain documentation for write-offs, extensions, and FEMA-related actionable.
- Prepare periodic MIS on open export/import entries.
- Ensure full compliance with RBI/FEMA guidelines for foreign exchange transactions.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of EDPMS & IDPMS portals
- Understanding of FEMA and RBI Master Directions
- Strong reconciliation and coordination skills
- Good Excel and documentation skills
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
- 1–5 years of experience in FEMA, import/export compliance, or banking
- SAP/Oracle ERP Experience
