Fellow Fund Growth, Marketing & Ecosystem

  • Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office CIE, IIIT-H Campus, Gachibowli)
  • Duration: 12-Month Full-Time Fellowship onsite
  • Stipend: Paid Fellowship

About SucSEED

SucSEED is the Investment Manager of SEBI-regulated SucSEED Indovation Fund, an AIF Category-I Venture Capital Fund. We partner with ambitious founders and build long-term institutional platforms in India's early-stage ecosystem. We have also set up a Fund Management Entity in GIFT City Gujarat to launch our Fund-III in USD denomination.

We nurture entrepreneurial talent through capital and venture talent through ownership and responsibility.

About The Role

The Fellow Fund Growth, Marketing & Ecosystem is responsible for building and executing a repeatable capital raise and ecosystem development engine for the fund.

This is a high-ownership role.

You will design systems, own growth metrics, drive investor outreach strategy, and build long-term LP and ecosystem relationships.

This is a system-building role with direct accountability for growth outcomes.

You are expected to design the engine and ensure it runs.

Role Mandate

  • You will be accountable for measurable growth in qualified LP pipeline and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capital Raise Strategy & Investor Engine
  • Define LP target segments (HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional LPs)
  • Build clear ICP frameworks and investor segmentation models
  • Design structured, multi-touch outreach sequences Own pipeline tracking, conversion metrics, and reporting dashboards
  • Drive follow-ups and maintain fundraising cadence with discipline
  • You are accountable for building a repeatable and measurable investor acquisition model.
  • Fund Narrative & Positioning
  • Own the fund's external narrative and positioning Strengthen digital presence across LinkedIn, newsletters, and ecosystem content
  • Build and refine investor decks, data room materials, and communication templates Ensure consistency and clarity across all external communication
  • Ecosystem Development & LPFounder Connect
  • Define and map the strategic ecosystem (Accelerators, Founders, LPs, Operators)
  • Develop structured relationship pathways across these stakeholders
  • Design LPFounder connect initiatives and curated ecosystem engagements
  • Strengthen institutional partnerships aligned with fund themes
  • Growth Systems & Metrics
  • Define KPIs across outreach, engagement, and fundraising performance
  • Build and manage dashboards to track funnel health
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion efficiency
  • Implement CRM best practices and automation workflows
  • You will own reporting and growth reviews with Partners.
  • Initiative Leadership
  • Build and manage interns for growth execution
  • Set milestones and execution cadence
  • Work closely with Partners to drive strategic initiatives

Program Structure

  • 12-month full-time Fellowship
  • Work From Office (minimum 5 days in a 6 day week)
  • Hyderabad-based (relocation required if not local)
  • Strong preference for candidates committed to completing the full term

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in Sales, Growth, Business Development, Strategy, or Fundraising and who would like to get exposure in VC segment
  • Strong client-facing or relationship management exposure
  • Comfortable being measured on metrics and performance
  • Familiar with CRM systems and structured outreach funnels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less-structured environment
