We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Fellow/Senior Fellow for research and innovation in Microbial Biotechnology, Environmental Sustainability, and Industrial Bioprocesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in microbiology, industrial biotechnology, and applied research for sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage advanced research projects in environmental biotechnology, microbial solutions, and bioremediation.
- Develop innovative biotechnological solutions for industrial applications, including biofuels, enhanced oil recovery, and wastewater treatment
- Collaborate with government agencies, industries, and research institutions for technology development and commercialization.
- Secure research funding through grants, proposals, and industry collaborations.
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and patents, driving scientific advancements.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Microbiology, Environmental Biotechnology, or a related field from a recognized Institution.
Experience:
- 15+ years of research experience, with leadership roles in industrial and environmental biotechnology.
- Proven track record of patents, publications, and technology commercialization.
- Strong expertise in microbial bioprocesses, oil recovery, bioremediation, and biosurfactants
- Experience in leading large-scale projects and multidisciplinary research teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Skills:
- Knowledge of bioinformatics, metagenomics, and synthetic biology for advanced microbial research.
- Experience in working with government agencies, industries, and international research bodies.
- Ability to translate research outcomes into policy recommendations and industrial applications.
