We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in their assigned territory, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote products and services
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
