Role Description:

This is an on-site contract role for a Federato/MEA Reinsurance Expert, based in Dubai. In this role, you will apply your expertise in MEA reinsurance practices to support regulatory and compliance processes, analyze complex risk models, and advise on strategies to drive optimal business outcomes. You will automate workflows, implementing and optimising solutions on Federato or MEA platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, offer technical insights into reinsurance operations, and independently manage related tasks. Facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations are integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Federato or MEA platform experienceis required. Pls do not apply if you don't have experience in these systems.
• Strong expertise in implementing and optimizing Federato or MEA solutions with hands-on experience in system integration and configuration.
• Proficiency in Data Management, or Application Development to support Federato systems alignment and performance.
• Deep exp in workflow automation is required.
• In-depth knowledge of MEA reinsurance markets, policies, and regulations
• Experience in risk modelling, assessment, and actuarial analysis within the reinsurance domain is preferred.
• Expertise in compliance management and regulatory frameworks within the MEA region
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus
• Understanding of the interplay between reinsurance technology and industry demands is desirable
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in insurance, finance, or actuarial sciences are advantageous
