Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Federal Proposal Analyst to support the proposal development process for U.S. Federal opportunities. The ideal candidate will assist with research, content development, proposal coordination, and maintenance of proposal assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support proposal development activities for federal opportunities.

• Conduct opportunity, customer, competitor, and market research.

• Maintain and update past performance records, resumes, capability statements, and boilerplate content.

• Assist in RFP analysis and compliance reviews.

• Develop first-cut proposal content and coordinate inputs from stakeholders.

• Maintain proposal repositories and reusable content libraries.

• Support proposal formatting, editing, and production activities.

• Track proposal deliverables and ensure adherence to schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience supporting proposal development or business development activities.

• Strong writing, editing, and research skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting U.S. Federal proposals.

• Familiarity with government contracting terminology and procurement processes.

• Exposure to IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation proposals.
