Feasibility Report Consultant

We are looking for a Feasibility Report Consultant with good knowledge of DCPR 2034, especially Regulation 33.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Feasibility Reports / Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies (TEFS).
• Analyze FSI, permissible development potential, rehabilitation and incentive FSI under DCPR 2034.
• Assess applicability of Regulation 33 and relevant sub-regulations.
• Prepare area statements, FSI calculations and development options.
• Conduct preliminary project cost and financial viability analysis.
• Review DP remarks, CTS plans, property details and existing development.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors and other consultants.
• Prepare professional feasibility reports and presentations for clients.

Key Deliverable

The candidate should be capable of independently preparing a complete DCPR 2034-based redevelopment feasibility report.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
