Job Requirements
This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of mechanical integrity for fixed equipment at a petrochemical facility. Responsibilities include managing the risk-based inspection program, troubleshooting issues, improving assets, and selecting appropriate technologies. Additionally, the position requires providing expert guidance in Inspection/Corrosion Management for Oil & Gas upstream/downstream assets, offering technical solutions for upstream/downstream Asset Integrity, and developing innovative solutions to set Quest Global apart. Other duties include conducting integrity assessments such as FFS, Corrosion Evaluations, and Remaining Life Studies, leading Integrity Engineers to ensure high-quality workflow execution, and supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities for new projects.
Work Experience
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Materials or Chemical) with 8 to 15 years of oil and gas experience in refining, petrochemical, LNG, or oil & gas industries.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of various aspects of Oil &
Gas upstream and downstream business, including risk-based inspection methodologies, fixed equipment inspection tasks, corrosion management, NDTs, and inspection plan development.
Additionally, expertise in ASME standards, field inspection, and repair of pressure equipment, along with proficiency in Office applications and strong communication skills in English are required.
The candidate should be adaptable, willing to work in shifts, travel internationally, and have certifications in API standards and NDT techniques.
Experience with Meridium, Credo, Pestra, SAP, and knowledge of implementing Automation, AI, and IOT techniques in the Oil & Gas industry would be advantageous.
