Perform sample checks of loan files, customer applications, and KYC documents as per NBFC fraud control guidelines.
Verify basic customer details, documentation, and data accuracy to identify early signs of potential fraud.
Highlight and report discrepancies, document gaps, or unusual patterns to the FCU/Compliance team.
Maintain proper records of sampled cases, observations, and reports in internal systems.Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Sales teams for clarifications or missing information.
Support internal audits, regulatory checks, and routine fraud monitoring activities.
