FCU Manager- IT

• Job Purpose Support FCU Head in the following functions:

1. Managing scorecard through ongoing internal audits tracking, security assessments, regulatory and compliance requirements for the vertical and a. Creating and maintaining the issue tracker b. Liaising with the relevant teams and internal stakeholders (ISG and TMAC) c. Assessment, cascading and completion of ad hoc requirements.

2. Managing External Audit requirements a. Planning and coordinating the audit for the vertical b. Liaising with the relevant teams and internal stakeholders c. Assessment cascading and completion of DRTs and other activities

3. Monitoring and assisting in closure of a. RBI CSITE/CSAP - Audits and Action item tracking b. Vulnerability Management - Dashboard 1

4. Updating and maintaining project plans a. Short term and long-term project plans and milestone updates – monthly

5. Managing Executive Reporting content a. ICAAP KRI Reporting (monthly), Quarterly Board Notes b. MD Actions - updates in Tool

6. Managing project short term and long-term plans

7. Managing Project Financials a. CIP - Capex Projects, Overdue Advances b. FinCon Budgeting, FPN, PO, Pending Invoices, Delayed Payments, Provisioning Payments.

Experience of 4-8 years

Must Have: a. Prior experience in Operations / Audit (Auditee /Auditor) / Project Management b. Prior experience in managing senior stakeholders (Function / Vertical heads) c. Excellent data interpretation skills d. Excellent communication skills – written and spoken. e. Ability to organize and delegate effectively to meet challenging timelines. f. Ability to work independently and guide a team through complex and critical deliverables.

Good To have: g. Prior hands-on exposure to regulatory requirements and deliverables (any region) h. Excellent MS Office suite skills i. AI/ML, Prompt engineering knowledge j. Prior experience in data channel streamlining. k. Prior experience in banking or financial secto
