Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced FCR - Flexcube Retail Technical Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) technical support and development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL debugging, query writing, production support, and troubleshooting issues in banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) applications.

·      Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues related to FCR modules.

·      Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and scripts.

·      Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for application defects and technical issues.

·      Work closely with functional teams, business users, and other stakeholders for issue resolution.

·      Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management activities.

·      Perform database-level troubleshooting and performance tuning.

·      Support application deployments, fixes, and enhancements.

·      Prepare technical documentation and maintain support-related artifacts.

Required Skills:

·      6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR) Technical.

·      Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL programming.

·      Experience in PL/SQL debugging, query analysis, and performance optimization.

·      Good understanding of FLEXCUBE modules and banking domain processes.

·      Experience in production support and handling critical banking issues.

·      Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.

·      Experience with incident management and ticketing tools.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
