Job Description

This position recruits quality candidates through active and passive recruiting systems and methods. Utilizes

approved recruiting sources, methods, and processes to identify, attract, and recruit candidates for opportunities

related to the exclusive agency channel and agency owner operations, which may include, but are not limited to,

district managers, district staff, agency owners, and agency staff. Interviews candidates that align with the

targeted candidate profiles, verifies eligibility, explains the various components of our opportunities and value

proposition, and guides candidates through the recruiting process. Introduces, works with, and hands off candidates

to other teams and stakeholders. Works proactively to consistently fill and maintain the recruiting pipeline funnel

by immediately working warm leads, engaging in activities such as open houses and workshops, and updating systems

with complete and accurate information. Shares feedback and insights on trends, competitive intelligence, best

practices, and opportunities with peers and business partners. Performs other responsibilities directly and

indirectly related to recruiting based on strategy, objectives, and initiatives.

Responsible for achieving assigned objectives related to the recruiting of candidates in assigned markets. Refers

candidates to other opportunities as appropriate. Executes recruiting techniques and approaches for recruiting

candidates to achieve targets, including proactive outreach communication and leading and/or participating in

recruiting open houses and workshops. Implements multiple active outbound recruiting methods for targeted candidate

types. Monitors and acts on inbound activity in a timely manner and as appropriate, including warm leads delivered

from other sources and teams. Implements recruiting strategies, tactics, and campaigns. Participates in ongoing

development to identify new techniques to recruit candidates across a variety of channels and platforms. Determines

eligibility and interest levels of candidates utilizing effective recruiting and interviewing techniques. Engages,

supports, and tracks candidates throughout the recruiting process. Maintains up-to-date records of activity,

interactions, and candidate statuses using approved systems and methods*Ensures that the opportunity is being

presented persuasively, accurately, professionally, with integrity, and with the perspectives of the candidate and

company in mind. Utilizes and recommends approved materials, technology, and vendors. Collaborates closely with

peers, manager, and business partners to identify, share, and test best practices. Communicates and coordinates

activities with leadership and business partners.

Maintains expected compliance relating to legal regulations within company strategy. Provides operational support

for goals, projects, and initiatives. Performs moderate to complex and confidential administrative duties to

support company objectives and the department.

Maintains up-to-date skills and knowledge. Assists in training and developing others. Provides relevant intel,

feedback, and recommendations on programs, vendors, technology, processes, competitors, and markets.

Builds and maintains strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners. Supports and works

cross-functionally with assigned territories and business partners. Operates as subject matter expert for

recruiting and related programs.

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of two years job-related experience required in sales and/or recruiting, preferably recruiting to sales

positions and/or business owners.

Experience utilizing internal applicant tracking systems, effective prospecting methods, and/or leveraging

recruiting strategies and campaigns preferred.

Experience In The Insurance Industry Preferred.

Demonstrated success in recruiting and/or sales preferred.
