Job Description

  • Manage and strengthen existing corporate partner relationships to ensure long-term engagement and mutual growth.
  • Develop new partnership opportunities by identifying high-potential prospects and driving end-to-end negotiations.
  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to build and execute scalable partnership strategies.
  • Create a structured and repeatable model for onboarding and formalizing partnerships.
  • Own partnership performance reporting and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure all partnership deliverables are executed effectively, supporting customer satisfaction and revenue outcomes.
  • Expand the partnership ecosystem through strategic outreach, commercial evaluations, and deal optimization.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Experience in building and managing partner programs.
  • Exposure to software or SaaS environments; prior success in sales roles is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with recruitment software, ATS platforms, or related industries.
