Fasteners Development

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive interior and exterior plastic trims using CATIA V5/V6.
• Work on components such as:
• Instrument Panel (IP) / Dashboard
• Door Trims and Door Panels
• Centre Console
• A/B/C Pillar Trims
• Headliner
• Bumper and Grilles
• Garnishes and Claddings
• Exterior Plastic Trims
• Perform 3D modelling, part design, assembly design and 2D drawings.
• Work on plastic component design, draft analysis and wall thickness.
• Understand injection moulding and tooling feasibility.
• Ensure design feasibility, packaging and assembly requirements.
