Role Description The Fashion Stylist will work full time on-site at Naukripay group in New Delhi, providing styling advice and wardrobe coordination for clients across various fashion needs. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, body types, and occasions, then curating outfits, accessories, and complete looks to match their style and budget. The Fashion Stylist will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support client appointments, promote products, and help drive sales through visually appealing styling and recommendations. Daily tasks include maintaining organized wardrobes or styling areas, staying updated on current fashion trends, preparing looks for events or photo shoots, and delivering a high standard of client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe management skills, with the ability to create cohesive looks for diverse clients and occasions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs, offer clear guidance, and build long-term relationships.
- Basic to advanced Sales skills to support product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling through effective styling.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and brands, and the ability to adapt styling to different budgets and body types.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist, personal shopper, image consultant, or in a similar fashion-focused role.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi in a fast-paced retail or consulting environment, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing wardrobes, appointments, and styling sessions.
- Relevant education or training in fashion, design, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
