Role Description The Fashion Stylist at Mens Avenue will provide personalized styling advice to customers, helping them select outfits and accessories that align with their preferences, body type, and occasion. Day-to-day responsibilities include curating looks from in-store collections, building and maintaining wardrobes for clients, and ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner. The role involves actively engaging with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, offering product recommendations, and supporting sales targets. The Fashion Stylist will collaborate with the store team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and support visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

• Strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe management skills, with an eye for fit, color, and current trends.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and provide a welcoming in-store experience.
• Sales skills, including product knowledge, suggestive selling, and the ability to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of men's formal and casual wear, including suits, shirts, trousers, denim, and accessories.
• Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and support store operations such as merchandising and inventory checks.
• Prior experience as a stylist, sales associate, or in retail fashion is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in fashion, styling, or retail management is an advantage.
• Professional, inclusive, and customer-focused attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving fashion trends.
