Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Stylist Intern role based in Surat. The Fashion Stylist Intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and styling outfits for photo shoots, film sets, and media productions, ensuring looks align with project concepts and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include organizing and maintaining wardrobes, sourcing garments and accessories, preparing mood boards, and supporting senior stylists during fittings and shoots. The intern will collaborate with production, photography, and makeup teams to ensure styling continuity and timely execution on set. The role also involves interacting with clients and talent, handling basic administrative tasks related to styling, and staying updated on current fashion trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Fashion Styling and wardrobe coordination skills, with an eye for detail, fit, and trends.
- Effective Communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, talent, and internal teams.
- Basic Sales and client-facing abilities to support styling recommendations and brand/product promotion when required.
- Ability to manage wardrobe inventory, maintain garments and accessories, and ensure proper organization on and off set.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and visual aesthetics, with a basic understanding of fashion photography or film styling.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, adapt to fast-paced shoot schedules, and handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, mood board apps) and willingness to learn production workflows.
