Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and professional Fashion Stylist & Makeup Artist who can handle both styling and makeup requirements for clients during portfolio, fashion, brand, and social media shoots. The candidate should have a good understanding of different looks, themes, outfits, makeup, hair styling, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Styling

Understand the client's requirements and create suitable looks for the shoot.

Select and coordinate outfits, accessories, footwear, and other styling elements.

Style clients according to different themes such as traditional, casual, party, festive, fashion, and brand looks.

Ensure outfits are clean, properly fitted, ironed, and ready before the shoot.

Suggest creative styling ideas and new concepts for portfolio and brand shoots.

Assist clients with outfit changes and different looks during the shoot.

Coordinate with the photographer, videographer, studio manager, and other team members.

Ensure the complete look is ready before the scheduled shoot time.

Makeup & Hair

Provide professional makeup suitable for portfolio, photography, video, and brand shoots.

Create makeup looks according to the client's age, outfit, theme, and shoot requirements.

Handle basic hair styling and grooming as required.

Ensure makeup looks natural and camera-ready while maintaining appropriate hygiene.

Carry out makeup touch-ups and corrections throughout the shoot when required.

Maintain and organize makeup products, brushes, tools, and accessories properly.

Ensure all makeup tools and products are kept clean and hygienic.

Client Handling & Coordination

Communicate professionally with clients and make them comfortable during styling and makeup.

Understand client expectations and provide suitable styling suggestions.

Coordinate with clients regarding outfit selection, makeup, hair, and overall appearance.

Handle children, teenagers, and adults professionally during shoots.

Ensure styling and makeup are completed within the scheduled time.

Coordinate with the Studio Manager for final approval of the overall look before the shoot.

Report any styling or makeup-related requirements to the Studio Manager in advance.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Fashion Stylist, Makeup Artist, Beauty Artist, or in a similar studio role is preferred.

Good knowledge of fashion, makeup, hairstyles, and current styling trends.

Ability to create different looks based on themes and client requirements.

Good knowledge of makeup products, tools, and hygiene practices.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Creative eye for colours, outfits, makeup, accessories, and overall presentation.

Ability to work with children and adults.

Should be punctual, presentable, professional, and well-organized.

Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment and manage multiple shoots.
