Role Description
The Stores Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Stores Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure smooth store management, optimize performance, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, enforcing retail loss prevention strategies, supervising staff, resolving customer issues, maintaining store standards, and ensuring efficient operations that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Solid understanding of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication abilities for staff coordination and customer interaction
- Proven leadership and staff management experience in a retail or similar environment
- Proficiency in handling inventory systems and store-related software tools
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent is preferred
