Your Qualification:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with a Retail or Fashion background
• Fluency and excellent command of the English language
• Prior experience in customer service, along with the ability to work in ambiguous circumstances
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Spreadsheets is a must.
• Preferably a background in the Fashion or Retail industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential for ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Flexible with working hours and should be able to overlap 5-6 hours with the EST time zone
• Fashion School Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Successfully own keyword labelling or keyword relevance workflows
• Quality assurance for error analysis of spelling and human language
• Understand and support product design initiatives
• Have the ability to work without supervision on tasks that have tight deadlines
• Identify trends in manual test data and suggest improvements towards efficiencies for ongoing operations and projects
• QA header and meta descriptions with the ability to match keywords and product assortment effectively through relevance, proper grammar, and description quality
• QA and Editing of irrelevant products in reference to specific projects to ensure only relevant products are featured based on client search criteria
