Dreya is a premium women's fashion brand focused on modern, elevated wear for women 30+. We are building a strong digital presence through authentic, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content. This role will work closely with the co-founder to create raw content for social media platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance content creator who is comfortable shooting raw, natural videos and photos on a mobile phone for Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms. This is not a studio photography or cinematography role. The focus is on capturing real moments, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle visuals that can later be edited by our marketing team.
This is on-ground, freelance work based in and around Mahadevapura / Whitefield or along Purple Line metro stations in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture raw videos and photos on mobile phone for Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Shoot behind-the-scenes content with the founder and team
- Capture lifestyle shots, outfit trials, fabric details, work-in-progress moments
- Record simple talking-head clips, walk-and-talk videos, and candid moments
- Coordinate with the marketing team on content requirements and shoot briefs
- Deliver organised raw footage and images after each shoot day
- Be available for on-ground shoots 12 times a week (flexible based on schedule)
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong mobile photography and mobile videography skills
- Comfortable shooting people in natural settings (no studio setups)
- Good sense of framing, lighting using available light, and basic composition
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels / short-form social content
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or creator economy
- Comfortable working closely with founders and small teams
- Based in or able to commute to Mahadevapura / Whitefield (560048) or Purple Line metro locations
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience shooting content for Instagram pages, creators, cafes, gyms, or brands
- Basic understanding of what works on Reels (hooks, angles, movement)
- Owning a good smartphone camera
Work Type & Engagement
- Freelance / project-based
- On-ground shoots in Bangalore
- Frequency: 12 days per week or as per shoot plan
- Flexible engagement based on output and performance
- Compensation discussed based on experience and quality of work
