Role Description The Fashion Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing store operations at HP Su Misura. This role coordinates order management from client consultation to final delivery, ensuring accurate measurements, timely production, and consistent quality across all garments. The Fashion Operations Manager supervises in-store staff, manages daily schedules and workflow, and maintains inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories. They collaborate closely with the founder and style consultants to translate design concepts into efficient production processes, while upholding the brand's standards for fit, finish, and customer experience. The role also involves monitoring key operational metrics, optimizing processes, and resolving any service or quality issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion operations and production management skills, including workflow planning, order tracking, and coordination with tailors and vendors.
• Experience in menswear or apparel retail, with a basic understanding of custom tailoring, and quality control practices.
• Customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to support style consultations and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
• Team leadership and people management capabilities, including staff supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail are appreciated.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, order management, and reporting; experience with retail or POS systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion management, business, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education.
