Fashion Operations Lead (A Get-It-Done Generalist )

Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula (Workshop visits + WFH)

The founder is moving into a strategic role, which meansyouare the Founder on the Ground. This isn't a boring back-office job. This is for someone who loves the chaos of building a business, respects the art of hand-made clothing, and wants a seat at the table when new products are born.

You are theMasterji Whisperer, the Quality Police, the Product Innovator, and the Creative Coordinatorall rolled into one.

The 4 Hats You Will Wear Hat 1: The Product Innovator (R&D & Improvement)

• Your Creative Freedom:You aren't just following orders; you are shaping the brand. You see the product every day. Wewantyou to say,Hey, the neck depth on this Kurta feels wrong, let's change it,orI found this amazing new organic cotton at the market, let's sample it.
• New Product Dev:You will work directly with the founder to brainstorm and develop new collections. You'll be the one testing the first sample, approving the fit, and deciding if it's Shanti enough for our customers.

Hat 2: The Production Traffic Controller

• The Masterji & Dyer Link:You are the bridge. You'll ensure the Masterji cuts the fabrictoday, not tomorrow. You'll coordinate with the Dyers to ensure that batch of Indigo comes out the perfect shade of blue.
• The Hustle:We run aMade-to-Ordermodel. You translate Shopify orders into physical Job Cards and track every meter of fabric like it's gold.

Hat 3: The Chief Detail Officer (Quality Control)

• Your Mission:Zero. Returns. Ever.
• The Grind:You don't just look at the clothes; you inspect them. Is the hem straight Is the dye even You aren't afraid to tell a grumpy tailor,This isn't good enough, please redo it.(Politely, but firmly!)

Hat 4: The Vibe Coordinator (Content & Logistics)

• The Storyteller:You'll coordinate with photographers for shoots, ensure samples are steamed and ready, and maybe even scout a cool location in Chandigarh or travel to Rishikesh for a shoot.
• The Logistics Captain:You'll pack orders with love (literallyour unboxing experience matters), print labels, and ensure the package gets from Mohali to Mumbai (or Miami).
