Fashion operations executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Studio Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations, client coordination, and backend management. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between clients, designers, store teams, production, and management, ensuring smooth execution of all ongoing projects and orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage client follow-ups, appointments, and communication.

* Maintain and update sales reports, order trackers, CRM data, and business dashboards.

* Coordinate with designers, store teams, production, and vendors to ensure timely execution of orders.

* Track client orders from booking to trial and final delivery.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

* Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up with internal teams.

* Support management with meeting schedules, action items, and business updates.

* Maintain accurate records of client measurements, order status, payments, and deliveries.

* Assist in event coordination, store launches, exhibitions, and business initiatives when required.

* Ensure a seamless client experience by proactively addressing concerns and coordinating resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in operations, client servicing, administration, luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Professional, polished, and client-focused personality.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

* Experience in fashion, luxury retail, bespoke tailoring, or premium client servicing will be an added advantage.
