We're Hiring: Fashion Operations & Creative Associate

Okhla, South Delhi (In-office, full-time)

We're looking for someone who wants to be at the core of building a fashion brand—not just a small part of it.

This role is primarily focused on operations and management—keeping the engine of the brand running smoothly across production, inventory, and coordination. Alongside that, you'll get hands-on exposure to design and marketing, working closely with the founder.

• Oversee day-to-day operations (production, inventory, order flow)

• Coordinate with vendors, karigars, and production units

• Manage timelines, quality control, and execution

• Bring structure and efficiency to processes

+ You'll also be involved in:

• Design process (sampling, development, mood boards)

• Shoot planning, styling & execution

• Content & brand storytelling

• Collection planning discussions

• Someone highly organized and detail-oriented

• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

• Has a strong interest in fashion & branding

• Knowledge of CAD tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO, etc.)

• Prior experience in fashion/startups
