About Shop & Yours

Shop & Yours is a growing Indian women's fashion e-commerce brand, and we're looking for someone to join our team and be closely involved in the day-to-day running of the brand.

This role is for someone who already has 1-2 years of experience working with a fashion or fashion e-commerce brand and enjoys being involved in the details that keep a brand moving.

You'll work across operations, inventory, orders, vendors and customer experience, while working closely with our team on the day-to-day business.

You'll be working across

• Inventory and stock management

• Online orders, returns and exchanges

• Vendor and manufacturer coordination

• Courier and logistics coordination

• Customer queries and support

• Office administration and day-to-day operations

• Maintaining reports, spreadsheets and records

• Supporting the team across ongoing projects and requirements

What we're looking for

• Graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Previous experience with a fashion brand or fashion e-commerce brand is required

• Good understanding of how a fashion/e-commerce business operates

• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple things at once

• Good with Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong spoken and written English

• Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership

• Someone who genuinely enjoys fashion and wants to grow with a young, growing brand

This role is best suited to someone who has already had some experience inside a fashion or e-commerce business and wants to take on more responsibility.
