About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Fashion & Operations Assistant to support daily activities at our unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in a growing fashion startup. You'll work directly with the founder and gain exposure to how a fashion brand operates across production, design, sourcing, and content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Finishing, Quality Check & Unit Operations

• Assist in finishing garments and preparing them for dispatch
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product readiness
• Pack daily customer orders and coordinate timely dispatch
• Track shipments and maintain simple delivery records
• Organize packaging supplies and keep the workspace clean and stocked
• Help manage stock of raw materials and finished goods

2. Design & Development Support

• Assist in trend research and compiling visual references
• Help create moodboards and support fabric/sampling coordination
• Follow up with tailors, vendors, and production partners

3. Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) using Photoshop, Canva, AI tools
• Follow the social media calendar and publish regular updates on Instagram and WhatsApp
• Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content

4. Photoshoot Assistance (Occasional)

• Help set up and manage product or campaign shoots
• Assist with styling, model prep, and shoot coordination
• Support product layout and team-photographer coordination

5. Market Visits & Sourcing (few times a month)

• Accompany the team to local markets to source fabrics, trims, props, and packaging
• Assist with vendor coordination and material pickups

Who Should Apply

• Recent graduates in Fashion Design, Textiles, Communication, or similar creative fields
• Eager to learn and comfortable handling both manual and creative tasks
• Must have working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and AI tools
• Familiar with Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic coordination tasks
• Based in Delhi NCR and available to work on-site at our Vasant Kunj unit

Salary

Rs. 15,000 / month

3-month probation, Salary revision at 6 months based on performance
