Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Model role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Fashion Model will participate in runway shows, photo shoots, fittings, brand campaigns, and promotional events for fashion, commercial, and digital projects. Daily responsibilities include attending casting calls, working with photographers, stylists, and makeup artists, following creative direction during shoots and shows, and maintaining a professional appearance aligned with client requirements. The role involves collaborating with brand teams to represent client identities, engaging with guests and customers during hospitality and airline partner events, and supporting marketing initiatives through visual content. The model is expected to adhere to schedules, attend rehearsals, maintain physical and mental well-being, and uphold high professional and ethical standards.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients, creative teams, and audiences.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to represent brands professionally, support promotional activities, and engage positively with guests and customers.
- Candidates should possess experience with Photo Shoots and basic understanding of Photography to work effectively with creative direction, lighting, and camera angles.
- Candidates should possess consistent professional presentation, including grooming, punctuality, and the ability to follow styling and wardrobe guidelines.
- Candidates should possess the ability to take direction, adapt to different fashion and commercial styles, and perform comfortably in front of cameras and live audiences.
- Candidates should possess strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to attend castings, rehearsals, and training sessions as scheduled.
- Prior modelling experience in fashion, runway, or commercial work is beneficial; a portfolio or comp card is strongly preferred.
- Comfort working in hospitality and travel-related environments and collaborating with diverse teams is advantageous.
