Job Description

High Fashion Merchandiser – Embroidery & Adda Work specializes in premium designer garments involving intricate embroidery, handwork, embellishments, and artistic detailing.
Flat Knit Merchandiser handles merchandising for flat-knit garments such as sweaters, cardigans, knitted tops, pullovers, and other knitwear.

Key Skills Required

Buying house experience

Embroidery Work: Hand embroidery, machine embroidery, threadwork, sequins, beads, and stonework.

Adda Work: Knowledge of traditional hand embroidery and embellishment techniques performed on an adda frame.

Artwork Development: Understanding embroidery artwork, design placements, motifs, and embellishment layouts.

Qualificat

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and retail partners.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to understand shopper behavior and support store-level merchandising needs.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to help drive product performance, promotions, and brand visibility.
Additional beneficial skills include trend analysis, inventory planning, visual merchandising, and basic data analysis.
Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in fashion retail, merchandising, or apparel sourcing will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Gurugram are required.
