About the Role

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to oversee day-to-day merchandising at IRIS Corporate Wear. You will connect with clients, manage production, and make sure uniforms are delivered on time with the right quality.

Your Work:

• Talk to clients and understand their needs.
• Work with design and sampling teams for fabrics, trims, and approvals.
• Plan timelines and follow up on orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices when needed.
• Check quality and make sure everything matches client standards.
• Guide and support a small merchandising team.

What You Need:

• 3 – 4 years experience in merchandising (uniforms or garments preferred).
• Knowledge of fabrics and garment making.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
