Responsibilities:

Plan and develop merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to determine product needs.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely product availability.

Coordinate with retail stores to implement merchandising plans and promotions.

Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for inventory management.

Create visually appealing product displays that align with our brand aesthetics.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion industry.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Creativity and an eye for detail in product presentation.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
