Job Description
- Design and develop embroidery layouts, motifs, and print designs
- Plan and execute new collections from concept to sampling
- Manage technical details of every new launch from artwork to finishing
- Create color palettes, fabric combinations, and mood boards
- Oversee sampling timelines with embroidery, dyeing, and stitching teams
- Ensure design quality and consistency in line with the brand's handcrafted aesthetic
You should have:
- Strong print-making and hand-sketching skills, a sharp creative eye, and a hard-working, hands-on attitude.
- Prior experience in embroidery or ethnic wear design is a plus.
