Role Overview

• Handle HNI clients, founders, and wedding clientele
• Deliver a premium bespoke styling experience
• Drive high-value sales + long-term relationships

Key Responsibilities

Client Styling & Consultation

• Understand client lifestyle, occasions, and preferences
• Recommend fabrics, fits, and complete wardrobe solutions
• Create looks for weddings, corporate, and social events

Sales & Revenue

• Convert walk-ins, leads, and references into clients
• Upsell across suits, shirts, and occasion wear

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong HNI client relationships
• Ensure repeat business and referrals
• Maintain client data and follow-ups

Channel Development

• Work with wedding planners, jewellery brands, wealth managers
• Build local partnerships in Ahmedabad
• Generate leads through networking and collaborations

Store & Experience Management

• Deliver a luxury in-store experience
• Coordinate with tailoring and operations teams
• Ensure perfect fit, quality, and timely delivery

Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years in fashion / luxury retail / sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Well-groomed and confident personality
• Interest in styling, fabrics, and luxury fashion
• Comfortable dealing with premium clients
