Fashion Store Incharge oversees the daily operations of a retail apparel or fabric store. They are responsible for driving sales targets, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance: Drive store sales, set individual and team targets, and analyze performance metrics to boost revenue.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical audits, and manage seasonal rollouts or clearance strategies to prevent shrinkage.Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate store staff to deliver a world-class shopping experience.Visual Merchandising: Ensure brand consistency by maintaining attractive window displays, well-organized layouts, and pristine store conditions.Customer Relations: Address escalated customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.Key Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–5 years of retail management or storekeeping experience (often specific to apparel or fabric).Hard Skills: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and inventory tracking tools.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and an eye for fashion and styling trends.
