Role Description

This full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role is based in Madhyamgram. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and create innovative designs specifically for kids casual clothing. Responsibilities include selecting textiles, collaborating on embroidery designs, ensuring proper fittings, and working closely with production teams to ensure high-quality end products. The designer will keep up-to-date on emerging fashion trends to influence design decisions and contribute to the brand's continuous development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fashion Design and a deep understanding of current trends in kids casual wear
• Knowledge of Textiles, including fabric selection and properties
• Proficiency in Embroidery techniques, with a creative flair to enhance product appeal
• Experience with Fitting and garment construction to ensure optimal design functionality
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail
• Degree or certification in Fashion Design or a related field
• Prior experience in children's fashion design is a plus
• knowladge of preparing garmeny Teck Pack.
