Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing fashionable clothing and accessories. The role involves sketching designs, working with textiles, ideating innovative concepts, creating embroidery patterns, and ensuring the garments meet fitting requirements. Collaboration with other designers, manufacturers, and production teams will be central to the role to ensure a seamless blending of creative and practical design solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Fashion Design and the ability to create innovative, market-trending designs with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Embroidery techniques and other related design elements.
- Strong knowledge of Textiles and fabric usage to create functional and appealing fashion items.
- Understanding of Fitting and garment adjustments to ensure precision and comfort in final products.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across production and design.
- Proficiency in design software and tools like Adobe Illustrator or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in trend analysis and knowledge of the fashion industry is highly desirable.
