Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing apparel, developing embroidery patterns, selecting and working with textiles, ensuring precise fittings, and contributing to innovative fashion solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating original designs and overseeing their execution while keeping up with current trends and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and Embroidery techniques
- Knowledge of Textiles and their applications in design
- Experience with Fitting and garment construction processes
- Strong understanding of current Fashion trends and industry innovations
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Formal education in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus
