Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of the store, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, optimizing store profitability, ensuring retail loss prevention, and delivering a top-notch customer service experience. The Store Manager will also handle team development and foster a positive work environment.

- Strong experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational efficiency and minimize risks.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
- Effective Communication skills to interact seamlessly with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities and experience in managing a team, with a focus on staff motivation and professional development.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field.
- Experience in retail or related industries is a strong advantage.
