Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Production Incharge. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising the team, coordinating with other departments, monitoring equipment and inventory, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective leadership, and the ability to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing operations
- Ability to supervise teams, provide leadership, and foster collaboration in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in quality control processes and maintaining production standards
- Knowledge of inventory management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize production processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial production is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
