About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Design Lead who will take complete ownership of design — from vision to final product on shelf. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like a product owner, builds strong teams, and drives design decisions with both creativity and commercial impact.

What You'll Own

Seasonal design vision, product direction, and collection storytelling

End-to-end product lifecycle — concept sampling production launch

Design team leadership, mentoring, and performance direction

Final design approvals and product readiness standards

Strong collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, and leadership teams

Translating trends into brand-relevant, sellable products

Driving innovation in fabrics, prints, silhouettes, and categories

What We're Looking For

Strong garment construction, fabric, and fit expertise

Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams

Strong commercial product thinking

Ability to balance creativity with business goals

High ownership mindset and decision-making ability

Strong execution and timeline management
