Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Experience Coordinator at Kaya Chitra located in Vesu, Surat.
The Creative Experience Coordinator will act as the key link between clients and the studio team, ensuring every photoshoot runs smoothly from concept planning to final delivery.
The role involves client communication, moodboard creation, shoot coordination, and workflow management with the photographer, editor, and studio team to maintain Kaya Chitra's premium creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and shoot expectations
- Create and organize moodboards and visual references for maternity and baby photoshoots
- Coordinate closely with the photographer, editor, and studio team to align on shoot concepts and preparation
- Ensure smooth workflow from booking concept planning shoot day editing final delivery
- Track shoot schedules, editing progress, and delivery timelines
- Maintain organized records of shoot concepts, references, and client requirements
- Ensure every project reflects Kaya Chitra's signature artistic and luxury aesthetic
Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to translate client ideas into clear visual concepts and moodboards
- Basic understanding of photography aesthetics, styling, and creative direction
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to collaborate with photographers, editors, and studio staff
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium client experience
- Previous experience in creative coordination, photography studios, fashion styling, or content production is an advantage
Job Details
- Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (Plus Incentives)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Any one fixed weekday
- Location: Vesu, Surat
