We're Hiring: Fashion Designer for Loungewear / Activewear

We're currently building a premium loungewear brand called Second Form, based in India, and we're looking for a Fashion Designer to join the team full-time.

Our brand called Second Form, focuses on minimal, elevated loungewear and everyday essentials — designed for comfort, versatility, and timeless wear.

We are currently in the pre-launch phase, making this a great opportunity to help shape the brand from the ground up.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design loungewear and lifestyle apparel collections

• Research global trends and translate them into wearable designs

• Develop concepts, sketches, and moodboards

• Select fabrics, trims, and garment details

• Create detailed production-ready tech packs

• Work closely with sampling and production teams

Qualification Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in apparel design

• Experience in loungewear/ athleisure/ lifestyle apparel preferred

• Strong understanding of global fashion trends and silhouettes

• Ability to create detailed tech packs

• Good knowledge of fabrics, GSM, garment construction, and fit

We have an in-house garment manufacturing facility, allowing designers to work closely with sampling and production teams during development.
