Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Pune Division. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating garments, developing design concepts, and collaborating with the team to execute collections. Responsibilities include trend research, sketching designs, selecting fabrics, ensuring quality production, and working closely with manufacturing teams. The role also involves maintaining awareness of market trends and adapting designs to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and an understanding of current trends
• Experience with textile selection, fabrics, and textiles-related knowledge
• Skills in Embroidery and design detailing
• Strong knowledge in garment Fitting and construction techniques
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to develop unique design concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the fashion industry or related field is a plus
