Company Description

3eings (pronounced beings) is an upcoming fashion studio built around the idea that human identity constantly evolves. Every collection represents a new mood, narrative, and visual universe. We design streetwear with strong storytelling shifting silhouettes, graphics, textures, and emotions with every drop.

As a yet-to-be-launched fashion brand, we are building our core creative team who will work closely together on the first three collections leading up to our launch.

Role Overview

You will assist in silhouette development, fabric selection, fittings, pattern-making support, and overall creative direction for the brand's launch collections.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of unique streetwear silhouettes
• Assist in fabric, trims, and material selection
• Help prepare patterns, fittings, and sample development
• Work with manufacturers under guidance
• Contribute to mood boards and collection themes
• Collaborate with the team on design decisions for the first three drops.

Qualifications

• Students or new graduates in Fashion Design (or self-taught designers with strong skills)
• Understanding of garment construction and pattern basics
• Interest in streetwear design, silhouettes, and modern culture
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Creativity and ability to work collaboratively
