Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Fashion Design Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons, developing curriculum, providing hands-on training, and mentoring students in the field of fashion design. The role involves preparing instructional materials, evaluating student progress, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure the training program aligns with current industry practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pattern Making & Garment Construction, Draping, Textile & all practical subjects.
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to craft effective learning materials
• Competency in Teaching and conducting interactive and engaging training sessions
• Strong skills in guiding and mentoring students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion design and commitment to student success
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous experience as a fashion design trainer or educator is an advantage
• A strong, professional portfolio showcasing technical competence and creative design work.
• Previous teaching experience, alongside practical, professional experience in the fashion industry (3-5 years).
