Job Description
Assist in designing memory quilt layouts using customer garments (t-shirts, fabrics, etc.)
Plan tile-based layouts by identifying usable sections from garments
Work on color coordination, fabric matching, and overall design themes
Create digital design layouts using tools like Illustrator/Photoshop
Support in placement of emboss elements, names, and borders
Collaborate with the team to refine designs based on practical constraints like fabric size and repeat patterns
Explore creative layout variations and assist in finalizing production-ready designs
Create engaging social media content (Instagram, reels, posts) to showcase quilt designs and process
Assist in developing visual storytelling content (before/after transformations, customer stories)
Help in basic content planning and branding consistency for social platforms
